Social Security is in a Dire Position

This statement should scare us all:
As it stands, the millennials social insurance contributions will fund the retirement of their parents’ generation and when their funding is insufficient they will have to support via higher taxes, a higher government debt load over their lifetime.
As the Spellman Report highlights, the situation is not unchangeable. We can make social security more sustainable. They suggest creating a "privatization" of social security. It's an interesting concept and something worthy of consideration.
