James Alexander Michie has found another article where's he misrepresented. The author of the misleading piece? None other than David Baines. This is the same David Baines who misreported about Michie previously.
This time around, Baines falsely places Michie as a close associate of Erwin Speckert. Speckert was convicted of money laundering in 2012.
Michie was not a close associate of Speckert. In 2005, Speckert was briefly employed in a company that James Alexander Michie was a board member of. In 2006, Speckert was dismissed for misappropriating funds, any association between Michie and Speckert ended.
