It has also been said that currently greenhouse producers have taken advantage of cannabis and so the vegetable growers have set their sights on what is now established as a new commercial crop, but it should be noted that due to this, civilizations could present difficulties in providing resources.

It is already known that at some point various foods have decreased in terms of popularity, which is not currently the case of cannabis since it is becoming famous and similarly increases its popularity in the business of agriculture, this has been brought up by the mayor of Leamington, Ontario, who says that there has been an increase in the number of fruit and vegetable farmers who are switching to cannabis or failing to add to their crop production. In the same way, John Paterson has expressed "The greenhouse industry has grown steadily over the last 50 years, the cannabis industry has been like that" and he said, "It's only one night".

For its part, it should be noted that municipalities deliberate on the effect that cannabis crops could have and how they could influence the property tax.
