Currently, the diversity industry has a large space, in fact, journalism, many students who participate in conferences such as the International Association of Religion Journalists in Indonesia attend diversity journalism courses, meaning that there is a high demand in the same.


Many articles of diversity are part of everyday life, but for some people, they present several flaws, an example of which is that there is a shortage of solid evidence in diversity reports, which is very important.

Coupled with this, there is enormous confidence in American specialists, which should not be the case since journalists specializing in diversity should make a much greater effort than citing activists or diversity professionals. On the other hand, the main objective of diversity programs has been transformed for many people into a fundamentalist milieu of beliefs. For many journalists working in the area of diversity could be somewhat uncomfortable the various opinions that arise in terms of their work and the problems they bring, but in the diversity of opinions is the reality and this world is rich in them.
