Tiger Wins the 2019 Masters - Don't Miss This Key Leadership Lesson

Eldrick Tont or better known as Tiger Woods is a professional American golfer who is considered one of the best golfers of all time, occupies second place in the two main championships and the victories of the PGA Tour, besides having numerous records in Golf.

Woods has won 81 official PGA Tour events, including 15 races. He is 14–1 when he enters the final round of a major with at least part of the advantage. Several golf experts have announced Woods as “the best closer in history”. In addition to this, he is the owner of the lowest career score and the highest amount of career gains of any player in the history of the PGA Tour.

Now, Tiger Woods has just done what many had thought he would never achieve. Since in fact, he won the Masters Tournament, again.

Right decisions

Woods used to use only one Scott Cameron putter and played exclusively with Nike irons. But, things changed. Nike moved away from production clubs and Scott Cameron Putter was not playing too well for him last year. Then, the new putters entered the bag and the TaylorMade irons occupied a more important place in their list of clubs.

There is no doubt that some applaud Woods’ decisions that say it is smart for him to make use of the best technology and take advantage of any available tool to regain a position at the top of the leaderboard. While on the other hand there are those who reprimand Woods for his election, alleging that Tiger Woods does not do what others do.

Nonetheless, Tiger leads. In fact, he does not keep complaining and adds that changing clubs is another sign of weakness in Woods’ armor.

Likewise, Woods can learn a lot. In this way, it is advised that if you want to achieve new successes, take the challenge. So that the next time you learn something new, find a “better way” to move forward, or get a gentle push to go in a new direction, do it. Also, when you see someone willing to change the putters, encourage and support their decision. Even so, if this does not work, do not be discouraged and try again.
